I am super excited to announce my first ever Face Painting workshop has been organised! I have decided to do a Kids Workshop first and use them as my guinea pigs for my training methods - I mean who else will tell you the gods honest truth? Kids will!!! It's happening in April during the Easter holidays for 12 children in my local village and it's already FULLY BOOKED (WOW - Did not expect that), so I have agreed to add additional dates to those who couldn't get onto this one

This month's inspirational artist is Ronnie Mena. I absolutely LOVE his work! He is an amazing artist and his creations are second to none! He has his own style and you can certainly tell when someone recreates one of his designs, they are awesome! I love looking at the colours, shading and precision he has and will be trying his "style" in my own way! I also hear he's coming to the UK next month to do a workshop at The Face Painting Shop and I would love to be there for... i

I had the opportunity to attend one of the amazing lipart workshops run by international make up artist, Karla Powell. She produces some amazing images using a range of gorgeous make up brands AND facepaint! The course was in Bromsgrove at the Atrix centre and we began with a some inspiring background of how Karla began her MUA career and how she runs her business now, sharing tips & tricks to success!
